Now entering its 11th year, this highly anticipated annual event has welcomed thousands of attendees and showcases the best of local businesses, restaurants, boutiques, sponsors, and entertainers throughout beautiful Belleair Bluffs, Florida.
Since its inception in 2013, the Bluffs Wine Walk has evolved into one of the most respected and sought-after community events in Florida, winning the prestigious Readers’ Choice Awards two years in a row and earning the title of:

Mandatory Business Orientation (Required Participation)
To ensure professionalism, safety, and consistency, attendance at the Mandatory Wine Walk Orientation is required for all participating businesses, vendors, sponsors, and representatives.
Important Notice:
Any business or representative that does not attend orientation will not be permitted to participate in the event.
The orientation ensures:
- Clear understanding of event rules and expectations
- Safety standards and alcohol compliance
- Sponsor placement guidelines
- Crowd flow and guest experience consistency
- Attendance is tracked and verified.
- No exceptions to this policy.

Purpose & Intent of These Instructions
The Bluffs Wine Walk is the signature annual event of the Bluffs Business Association.
This document exists to ensure:
- A safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Compliance with city, county, and state laws
- Responsible alcohol service
- Smooth guest flow between businesses
- Protection of our members, volunteers, and organization
These rules are mandatory, not optional.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and disqualification from future participation.
Mandatory Orientation (Required for Participation)
Attendance at the official BBA Wine Walk Orientation is required.
If a business or representative does not attend the orientation, they may NOT participate in the event.
This orientation ensures:
- Legal compliance
- Safe alcohol service
- Guest management procedures
- Emergency response training
Wine Pouring Rules (Strictly Enforced)
- The 1 oz pour line is clearly marked on the bottom of the official wine glass.
- Guests may receive no more than two (2) 1-ounce tastings per stop.
- You must strictly enforce this limit.
Required Script if a Guest Pressures You:
“I’m sorry, but the organizers of the event have asked me to only pour two 1-ounce tastings per guest so that everyone can enjoy all the stops.”
Wristbands
- Verify 21+ wristbands before every pour.
- No wristband = No pour (no exceptions)
Tickets
- Collect drink tickets where required
- Do not pour without collecting tickets if indicated
Over-Service Policy
If a guest appears overserved:
- Immediately stop service
- Notify your Zone Lead at once
What Each Business Must Provide
Each participating business must bring:
- Minimum of 10 bottles of wine
- Corkscrew / bottle opener
- Ice bucket for white wines
- A small snack for guests
- Knowledge of the wines being served
Guests will ask questions — be prepared.
Setup, Flow & Timing
- Load-In: 12:00 PM at your assigned location
- Ready By: 2:30 PM (tables set, signage out, wine ready)
- Guest Arrival: Typically 30–45 minutes after event start
- Last Pour: 7:00 PM SHARP
Cleanup Requirements
You are responsible for:
- All trash
- Empty bottles
- Returning the area to original condition
Leave your area as good or better than when you arrived.
Ticketing Information
Online Sales: Available until 5:00 PM the day before the event via Eventbrite
Day-of Sales:
- Available ONLY at check-in locations
- Time: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Credit card only — NO cash
- Tickets are NOT sold in advance at retail locations
We encourage every participating business to personally invite at least five (5) guests.
