- Follow all applicable City, County, State, alcohol-service, fire, and safety requirements.
- Treat guests, neighboring businesses, volunteers, entertainers, and event staff professionally.
- Do not relocate tables, displays, signage, tents, or equipment without BBA event approval.
- Designate an on-site contact who can be reached by phone during the event.

The Bluffs Wine Walk is the Bluffs Business Association’s annual community event in Belleair Bluffs featuring participating businesses, wine tastings, live entertainment, trolley transportation, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and community partners.
Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Participant arrival, setup, and check-in times may be earlier and will be communicated by role.
The Wine Walk takes place throughout participating locations in Belleair Bluffs. Your assigned location and event-day instructions will be shown on the official map and/or provided directly by the BBA.
Arrival times vary by participant type and assignment. Sponsors, vendors, entertainers, volunteers, and participating businesses should follow the specific arrival/check-in time provided by the BBA and allow enough time to be fully ready before guests arrive.
Check-in instructions will be provided before the event and may vary by role. Participants should review their confirmation email and the final event map before October 24.
Bring all approved supplies and materials required for your assignment, plus a charged mobile phone and any confirmation or identification requested by the BBA. Vendors and sponsors are responsible for approved display materials unless otherwise stated.
No location or setup changes should be made without BBA approval. Placements are coordinated around safety, traffic flow, participating businesses, sponsorship commitments, trolley access, and event operations.

Participants purchase a Wine Walk ticket and receive:

Yes. All Wine Walk participants consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in. No exceptions.
Absolutely. While wine tasting is limited to participants 21 and older, the event atmosphere is family-friendly and many businesses welcome visitors of all ages.

Yes. Public parking is available throughout Belleair Bluffs and nearby areas. Additional parking information and recommendations will be provided before the event. We encourage carpooling, rideshare services, or designating a driver.
The Bluffs Wine Walk is a rain-or-shine event. Because most tasting locations are inside participating businesses, the event can continue during most weather conditions.
Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable. If the event must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, updates will be provided through official BBA communication channels.
