The Bluffs Wine Walk brings people directly into the Belleair Bluffs business district for an evening of wine tastings, live entertainment, shopping, dining, trolley transportation, and community connection. Vendor participation gives your organization a visible place inside that experience.
Vendor space is limited and all applications are subject to review and approval by the Bluffs Business Association. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Businesses, organizations, nonprofits, makers, service providers, and other qualified applicants may apply. All applications are reviewed by the BBA for fit, space, event needs, and compliance with event guidelines.
No. Vendor space is limited. An application is a request to participate and does not guarantee approval or placement.
BBA membership is encouraged because the Wine Walk is designed to support and promote local businesses. Any membership requirements or member benefits tied to vendor participation should be clearly communicated during approval.
The BBA will contact applicants after review. Approved vendors will receive additional information about payment, placement, orientation, setup, and event-day procedures as applicable.
Approved vendors may sell or promote products and services when permitted by the BBA and applicable event rules. All planned sales, samples, giveaways, food, beverages, demonstrations, or special activities should be disclosed in the application.
Unless otherwise communicated, vendors should be prepared to provide their own display materials, tables, chairs, tent/canopy and approved weights, signage, and any required equipment. Final requirements will be provided to approved vendors
Placement is determined by the BBA based on the final event layout, business participation, safety, traffic flow, sponsorship commitments, and operational needs.
Approved participants should use the BWW Orientation page and BBA communications for final setup times, check-in instructions, map information, rules, contacts, and event-day updates.
The Bluffs Wine Walk is the Bluffs Business Association’s signature annual fundraising event that brings together local businesses, residents, and visitors for an afternoon of wine tasting, shopping, dining, and community engagement throughout Belleair Bluffs. The event has been recognized as one of the most popular community events in the Tampa Bay area and has been voted a Readers’ Choice favorite by local publications.

The Wine Walk takes place throughout participating businesses along the West Bay Drive corridor and surrounding areas in Belleair Bluffs, Florida. Participants check in at the designated registration location and then travel between participating businesses.
The event is hosted by the Bluffs Business Association (BBA), a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering local businesses through education, leadership, and networking.
Participants purchase a Wine Walk ticket and receive:
- Official Wine Walk wristband
- Commemorative wine glass (while supplies last)
- Event map and tasting guide
- Access to participating tasting locations
- Entry into select event promotions and activities
Participants then visit participating businesses and enjoy wine samples while discovering local shops, restaurants, and services.

Yes. All Wine Walk participants consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in. No exceptions.
Absolutely. While wine tasting is limited to participants 21 and older, the event atmosphere is family-friendly and many businesses welcome visitors of all ages.
We recommend bringing:

- Event ticket or registration confirmation
- Mobile phone for event updates and photos
- Small bag for purchases from local businesses
Yes. Public parking is available throughout Belleair Bluffs and nearby areas. Additional parking information and recommendations will be provided before the event. We encourage carpooling, rideshare services, or designating a driver.
The Bluffs Wine Walk is a rain-or-shine event. Because most tasting locations are inside participating businesses, the event can continue during most weather conditions.
Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable. If the event must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, updates will be provided through official BBA communication channels.
